Receptionist and Secretarial Support Administrator


Our client is seeking a new team member to take on front-of-house reception and administrative duties. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy head office.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
⭐ Manage reception inbox, post, couriers, and visitor arrangements
⭐ Provide diary management, meeting coordination, and secretarial support
⭐ Prepare correspondence, documents, and meeting minutes
⭐ Maintain office supplies, facilities support, and service provider liaison
⭐ Support document control, filing, and records management

What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous experience in reception, secretarial, or administrative support
⭐ Strong organisation, communication, and customer service skills
⭐ Confident user of Microsoft Office and office systems
⭐ High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
⭐ Experience supporting managers with diaries and meetings
