What you’ll do:
⭐ Oversee day-to-day operations within the Market Regulation team
⭐ Lead risk-based monitoring of listed issuers and plan onsite supervisory visits
⭐ Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across regulatory processes
⭐ Support reporting, capacity planning, and cross-departmental collaboration
⭐ Contribute to regulatory development (rules, policies, website content)
⭐ Build relationships with regulators and participate in decision-making committees (post-training)
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong organisational skills and a methodical, analytical mindset
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
⭐ Demonstrable focus on service quality and regulatory standards
⭐ Confidence handling complex or ambiguous information
⭐ Previous regulatory, compliance, or capital markets experience preferred
⭐ ICA/CISI qualification (or willingness to pursue) is an advantage
