Support the delivery of an excellent employee experience, acting as the subject matter expert for absence and wellbeing within the People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Manage employee absence, leave, and payroll liaison
⭐ Oversee parental leave and wellbeing support processes
⭐ Maintain employee records and contracts
⭐ Support employee relations and global mobility processes
What You’ll Need:
⭐ CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent)
⭐ Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday)
⭐ Knowledge of absence and wellbeing processes
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
