A full time role supporting the compliance framework of a regulated global firm, ensuring risk is managed and regulations are met.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Deliver compliance monitoring tests and track findings to resolution
⭐ Contribute to board reporting, audits, and thematic review responses
⭐ Support AML/CFT/CPF monitoring and register maintenance
⭐ Assist with policy updates, regulatory returns, and internal advisory
⭐ Respond to internal queries on compliance and financial crime
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in compliance or risk within financial services firm
⭐ Good knowledge of the Guernsey finance industry advantageous
⭐ Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
⭐ Proactive mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and detail
