What you’ll do:
⭐ Act as 1st-line escalation for network/security incidents
⭐ Configure and support Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet and Ubiquiti tech
⭐ Deliver onsite and remote changes, installs and maintenance
⭐ Handle customer requests and provide outstanding service
⭐ Support projects, datacentre ops and technical documentation
⭐ Join the out-of-hours callout rota
What you’ll need:
⭐ CCNA or equivalent desirable
⭐ Experience in routing, switching or firewall environments desirable
⭐ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
⭐ Willingness to be part of an on-call rota
⭐ Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced team
