Contract Talent & Development Manager


Support the development of global legal teams within a leading professional services firm. This role focuses on delivering impactful learning programmes, embedding a strong development culture, and supporting career progression at all levels.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Deliver and manage legal development programmes across jurisdictions
⭐ Support career frameworks, including partner-track initiatives
⭐ Advise senior stakeholders on learning and development needs
⭐ Manage training providers and the legal training budget
⭐ Line manage and support a senior team member
⭐ Contribute to wider talent and development projects

What you’ll need:
⭐ Learning & development or talent experience within professional services
⭐ Understanding of legal career pathways and routes to qualification
⭐ Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
⭐ Pragmatic, organised, and confident working at pace
