Insurance Manager – Captive Management


Take the lead in servicing a portfolio of global captive insurance clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective risk financing and insurance solutions. This role combines client leadership, technical insurance expertise, and team development within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage day-to-day insurance servicing and renewals for captive clients
⭐ Advise and present on insurance matters at Board and Committee meetings
⭐ Review insurance programmes, contract wordings, and regulatory compliance
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, brokers, and regulators
⭐ Support claims reporting and financial information for management accounts
⭐ Mentor and support the development of team members
⭐ Contribute to projects and wider business objectives

What you’ll need:
⭐ ACII (or equivalent) or close to qualification
⭐ Strong general insurance experience (captive experience desirable)
⭐ Proven client service and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Ability to lead, collaborate, and translate strategy into delivery
