Fund Accountant, Manager


A fast-growing fund and corporate services provider is seeking a new team member to take on this key role in a dynamic, tech-enabled team supporting venture capital and private equity clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain accurate records for a portfolio of investment entities
⭐ Prepare financial reports, valuations, capital statements and waterfalls
⭐ Support capital calls, distributions and regulatory filings
⭐ Enhance accounting processes and automation tools
⭐ Collaborate across teams and mentor colleagues

What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA/ACCA qualification and 5+ years’ fund accounting experience
⭐ Strong understanding of fund structures and regulatory frameworks
⭐ Technically proficient with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
