CRM Manager


Take ownership of customer retention, satisfaction, and growth in this key commercial role.

Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Own and track KPIs
⭐ Use insights to identify at-risk customers and improve retention
⭐ Design and deliver multi-channel save/renewal journeys
⭐ Lead upsell and cross-sell campaigns to drive product growth
⭐ Build CRM strategies with smart segmentation and automation
⭐ Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service

What You’ll Bring:
