A dynamic IT services provider is seeking a new team member to build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless customer journey, from onboarding to retention and growth.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as the primary point of contact for client success and satisfaction
⭐ Align solutions with client goals
⭐ Identify opportunities to improve services through client feedback
⭐ Support onboarding and ongoing engagement
⭐ Identify upsell opportunities

What you’ll need:
⭐ 2+ years in a customer-facing role
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
⭐ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
⭐ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
