People and Culture Officer

Key Duties:
⭐ Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
⭐ Administer payroll, pensions and healthcare schemes
⭐ Maintain HR systems and support wellbeing initiatives
⭐ Assist with HR queries, compliance and reporting

What You’ll Bring:
⭐ CIPD Level 3
⭐ HR experience and knowledge of local employment law
⭐ Strong communication, accuracy, and organisation
⭐ Proactive, discreet and team-focused
