Team Leader, Client Support


Lead a high-performing team within a growing financial services firm. This people-focused role is ideal for a service-driven professional with experience in pension or trust administration and a passion for operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Oversee a team delivering high-quality client service across pensions and trusts
⭐ Monitor workloads, resolve queries, and ensure timely case progression
⭐ Lead team meetings, manage performance, and coach for development
⭐ Maintain accurate records and produce workflow reports

What you’ll bring:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in pension and/or trust administration
⭐ Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
⭐ Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
⭐ Interest in professional development (e.g. PMI, STEP, ICSI)
