Compliance Consultant


A standout opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join a growing consultancy supporting a wide range of clients with practical, commercial and hands-on regulatory guidance.

What you’ll be doing
⭐ Act as MLRO/MLCO/Compliance Officer for clients, delivering expert advice and timely support
⭐ Build and manage your own client portfolio while contributing to wider business growth
⭐ Lead compliance projects — drafting policies, delivering training, and providing tailored advisory work

About you
⭐ 10+ years’ Guernsey compliance experience, with ICA qualification and prior MLRO/MLCO exposure
⭐ Strong understanding of GFSC POI and fiduciary regulation, with confidence operating independently
⭐ Skilled communicator who enjoys writing, presenting, and engaging with clients and industry audiences
