IT Infrastructure and Data Lead


Lead the digital and IT strategy across a multi-site organisation.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Develop and implement IT strategy
⭐ Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and software systems
⭐ Lead data quality, reporting, and performance dashboards
⭐ Act as the lead for a key system, supporting optimisation and user training
⭐ Support day-to-day operational IT issues

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Proven experience managing IT in a multi-site setting
⭐ High-level skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and data systems
⭐ Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Experience leading projects and managing third-party suppliers
⭐ Ability to support and train non-technical staff
⭐ Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
