Policy Servicing and Transactions Administrator


Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality support to clients across multiple regions!

What you’ll do:
⭐ Process servicing requests (e.g. premium changes, surrenders, switches, onboarding)
⭐ Communicate professionally with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams
⭐ Maintain AML, KYC, and due diligence compliance standards
⭐ Monitor and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and service standards
⭐ Support system testing and contribute to internal training materials

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Ideally experience in financial services or a client-facing admin role
⭐ Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
⭐ Knowledge of AML
⭐ Confident using Microsoft 365 and internal systems
⭐ GCSEs in English and Mathematics
