Human Resources Officer


This broad generalist role covers everything from onboarding and payroll support to training, employee engagement, and HR compliance. A great opportunity to make a visible impact in a people-focused environment.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases
⭐ Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and staff training activities
⭐ Support employee wellbeing, engagement, and advocacy
⭐ Assist with payroll updates, pensions, and benefit administration
⭐ Organise interviews, performance reviews, and regulatory filings

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Organised multitasker with strong admin and communication skills
⭐ Empathetic, discreet, and approachable with a high level of integrity
⭐ Experience in HR administration; payroll experience desirable
⭐ CIPD-qualified or working towards
