Project Manager


A leading bank is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic change initiatives across its Channel Islands operations. This is a hands-on role for a confident change professional who can lead end-to-end delivery of complex business transformation projects.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Lead and manage project lifecycles from scoping to delivery
⭐ Collaborate across business and technical teams to define solutions
⭐ Map and optimise processes to support strategic goals
⭐ Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and governance
⭐ Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new systems/processes

What you’ll bring:
⭐ Proven experience in project management within financial services
⭐ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
⭐ Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and change management abilities
⭐ Confident leading cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
⭐ Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
