Trust Client Administrator / Officer


Join a collaborative and growing fiduciary team supporting a broad portfolio of trust, company, and private client structures. This role is ideal for someone with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for client service, looking to grow in a professional environment.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Support day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
⭐ Maintain accurate client records, due diligence, and statutory documentation
⭐ Draft meeting minutes, correspondence, and internal documentation
⭐ Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to service delivery improvements

What you’ll bring:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in trust or private client administration
⭐ Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
⭐ STEP or similar qualification (or working towards) desirable
