Commercial Lawyer


Join a collaborative team working with clients ranging from local businesses to international ventures. You’ll handle a wide variety of matters and have the autonomy to run files and advise on high-quality, cross-border work.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Advise on incorporations, contracts, loans, and restructurings
⭐ Support employment, governance, and regulatory matters
⭐ Draft constitutional and commercial documents
⭐ Contribute to business development and client relationships

What you’ll need:
⭐ Qualified lawyer with 3–7 years’ PQE
⭐ Solid corporate/commercial experience (onshore or offshore)
⭐ Strong drafting and client-facing skills
⭐ Proactive, commercially minded approach
⭐ IP or trust experience beneficial
