Finance Assistant


This finance role plays a key part in maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, and supporting budgeting and audit processes across the Group’s operations.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with supplier invoice processing, payment runs, and banking tasks
⭐ Maintain and reconcile key financial control accounts (e.g. payroll, intercompany, accruals, prepayments)
⭐ Prepare and post monthly journals for provisions, accruals, and prepayments
⭐ Contribute to budget variance reporting for various departments
⭐ Assist with year-end audit schedules and queries

What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous finance or accounting experience
⭐ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Comfortable working with multiple systems (Aderant experience a plus)
⭐ Proactive mindset and willingness to learn or progress toward a professional qualification
