Office Management and EA Support


A global investment firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised new team member. This is a varied role combining office operations, EA support, facilities oversight, and stakeholder coordination across jurisdictions.

What you’ll do:
⭐ Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements for Finance team members
⭐ Oversee office operations, supplier contracts, budgets, and maintenance
⭐ Coordinate board meetings, visits, and on-the-ground logistics
⭐ Support onboarding, accounts payable, and provide wider EA cover

What you’ll bring:

⭐ Strong organisational, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills
⭐ High level of discretion and attention to detail
⭐ Comfortable with budgeting, contract management and multi-tasking
