Risk and Compliance Specialist – Captive Insurance


Join a leading insurance management firm as a Risk and Compliance Specialist supporting both Aon and client entities. This is a key role ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial crime requirements in the Guernsey captive insurance market.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain compliance registers and support risk & compliance frameworks across the business
⭐ Act as Deputy MLCO/MLRO, managing financial crime procedures and reporting
⭐ Monitor data protection and GDPR compliance, working with local and global teams
⭐ Update internal policies in line with regulatory developments and emerging risks
⭐ Deliver training and foster a strong culture of compliance and governance

What you’ll need:
⭐ Proven experience in a risk and compliance role, ideally in insurance or financial services
⭐ Familiarity with the GFSC regime and Guernsey’s financial crime laws
⭐ Compliance or financial services qualifications preferred
