Senior Client Service Manager, Asset Owners


Join a high-performing fiduciary team managing complex, high-value client relationships for global institutions. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong fiduciary knowledge, fund or trust administration experience, and a collaborative mindset. This employer operates a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a bespoke portfolio of trust and company structures for institutional clients
⭐ Act as a point of contact for clients, advisors, and internal teams
⭐ Prepare and review minutes, resolutions, payments, and client documentation
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk protocols
⭐ Review financial statements and maintain accurate client records

What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in fiduciary, fund administration, or similar financial services role
⭐ Excellent client service and communication skills
⭐ Strong understanding of Guernsey regulatory requirements
⭐ Experience acting as an authorised signatory (or readiness to do so)
⭐ STEP/ICSA qualified or working towards a relevant qualification
