To play a key role in overseeing governance and regulatory monitoring for a portfolio of Guernsey-regulated funds. This position blends analytical, compliance, and administrative responsibilities, supporting high standards of fund oversight and operational excellence. You will ensure that the firm’s Custodian Trustee (CT) obligations are met through careful monitoring, reporting, and control processes.
Key Responsibilities
⭐ Maintain and update breach registers, monitor CT checks, and oversee fund compliance reporting.
⭐ Review fund documentation, including annual financial statements and scheme particulars, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
⭐ Conduct valuation reconciliations (daily, monthly, and quarterly) and assist with CMO checks, audits, and procedure reviews.
What You’ll Bring
⭐ Strong background in Guernsey funds, ideally with custodian or fund administration experience.
⭐ Solid understanding of GFSC rules, guidance notes, and collective investment scheme regulations.
⭐ Proficiency with data and pricing systems such as IDS or Bloomberg, plus excellent communication and organisational skills.
