Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare quarterly and annual accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP
⭐ Produce capital statements and financial reports in line with PE expectations
⭐ Take ownership of 10+ sets of accounts annually
⭐ Ensure accuracy and compliance across all fund-related reporting
What you’ll need:
⭐ Qualified accountant or significant fund accounting experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and private equity fund structures
⭐ Experience with capital accounts, calls, distributions & GPLP investments
⭐ Detail-focused and confident producing high-quality standalone accounts
