Human Capital Senior Associate


Join a forward-thinking HR team and help shape the employee experience across reward, recognition, and benefits. As a Human Capital Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative people solutions that drive engagement, performance, and business success.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support and administer reward, recognition, and benefits programmes across the firm
⭐ Manage the employee recognition platform and coordinate with Payroll and stakeholders
⭐ Conduct benchmarking, reporting, and analysis to inform people and reward strategies

Requirements:
⭐ Experience in compensation, benefits, or recognition administration
⭐ Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
⭐ CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred; experience with HR systems such as Workday desirable
