Relationship Manager, Private Banking


The role combines relationship management with business development, focusing on acquiring new high-net-worth clients, expanding the firm’s presence, and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients
⭐ Develop new business through personal networks and referrals
⭐ Deliver exceptional client service and maintain regular communication
⭐ Mentor junior team members and support broader growth initiatives

What you’ll need:
⭐ 5+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
⭐ Excellent business development and sales skills
⭐ Investment Advice Diploma Level 4 (or willingness to complete)
⭐ Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations and client needs
