Compliance Manager


Take ownership of regulatory compliance across both regulated and non-regulated business entities. This role offers the opportunity to lead on AML/CFT strategy, develop monitoring programmes, and shape a strong compliance culture.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as MLCO, MLRO, and Nominated Officer for regulated entities
⭐ Lead regulatory reporting, monitoring programmes, and risk assessments
⭐ Maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals
⭐ Investigate breaches and ensure adherence to GFSC requirements
⭐ Deliver training and promote a culture of compliance across departments

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in a senior compliance role (trust or insurance preferred)
⭐ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and GFSC Handbook
⭐ Compliance/AML qualification or relevant professional experience
⭐ Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
⭐ Previous experience as MLCO/MLRO (preferred but not essential)
