Payroll Administrator


Join a busy payroll team where accuracy, efficiency, and client service are key. This role provides hands-on experience in payroll administration with opportunities for progression and professional development.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Input and reconcile payroll data accurately
⭐ Liaise with employees and clients on contractual and employment matters
⭐ Produce and process relevant employment documents
⭐ Make payroll payments on schedule
⭐ Support the payroll team in day-to-day administration tasks
⭐ Ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines

Requirements:
⭐ Strong organisational and numerical skills
⭐ Clear written and verbal communication
⭐ Methodical, accurate, and efficient approach
⭐ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
⭐ GCSE Level C or equivalent in English and Maths
⭐ Experience in personnel or payroll administration preferred but not required
