Financial Controller


This is a key senior role responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, controls, and supporting business strategy across private banking operations.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare IFRS financial statements and manage month-end close
⭐ Oversee regulatory and tax reporting for Guernsey entities
⭐ Support forecasting, budgeting and management reporting
⭐ Drive process improvement and system optimisation
⭐ Supervise junior finance staff and collaborate across teams

What you’ll need:
⭐ Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in financial services (banking preferred)
⭐ Strong understanding of Guernsey regulations and reporting
⭐ Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
⭐ Confident with accounting systems and automation tools
