Company Secretarial Administrator


This position offers the opportunity to play a central role in supporting corporate governance, Board administration, and statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support the preparation and administration of Board and committee meetings, ensuring governance standards are upheld
⭐ Maintain corporate records, statutory filings, agreements, and signatory lists in line with regulatory requirements
⭐ Provide confidential secretarial and general administrative support, contributing to ad hoc projects and reporting as required

Requirements:
⭐ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services or administration, ideally in a company secretarial or governance role
⭐ Knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory and legislative framework, with experience in online portals and governance platforms desirable
⭐ Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
