A growing fund administration business is seeking a Company Secretary to support a diverse portfolio of venture capital structures and internal group entities. This role involves delivering high-quality board support, statutory compliance, and governance services across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
⭐Attend and minute board and fund meetings
⭐Prepare agendas and coordinate board packs
⭐Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filings
What you’ll need:
⭐5+ years’ experience in company secretarial, fund admin, or similar
⭐ICSA (or equivalent) qualification
⭐Good knowledge of Guernsey regulatory and statutory frameworks
