Venture Capital Fund Admin Support


Join a firm specialising in the fast-moving venture capital sector. This is a great opportunity to support an experienced team behind the scenes in a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Process payments for invoices, capital calls, and distributions in line with internal procedures
⭐ Maintain accurate investor and fund records in line with compliance standards
⭐ Assist with collecting and saving due diligence documents and investor information
⭐ Manage electronic filing and document control using internal systems
⭐ Provide occasional front-of-house cover, including call handling and greeting visitors

What you’ll need:
⭐ At least 1 year’s experience in an admin or office-based role
⭐ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
⭐ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and document management systems
⭐ Interest in financial services or fund administration
