High Net Worth Underwriter


Deliver bespoke insurance solutions for a discerning high net worth client base. Use your underwriting expertise to manage complex risks, build strong broker relationships, and shape underwriting strategy in a respected Channel Islands firm.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Underwrite complex HNW personal insurance risks within authority
⭐ Manage and grow a profitable portfolio of affluent clients
⭐ Build strong relationships with brokers and private client teams
⭐ Identify new business opportunities and support retention
⭐ Ensure compliance with regulations and underwriting standards
⭐ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and manage risk

What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–5+ years’ experience in HNW personal lines underwriting
⭐ DIP CII or working towards a relevant qualification
⭐ Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
⭐ Knowledge of HNW market and specialist products
