What you’ll bring:
⭐Proven experience in business analysis within financial services, ideally in change delivery or transformation.
⭐Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with structured problem-solving ability.
⭐Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documenting user stories.
⭐Hands-on experience facilitating workshops, preparing business cases, and creating functional specifications.
⭐Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
⭐Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
⭐Solid understanding of the regulatory environment, with the ability to follow all compliance processes and policies.
