Fund Administrator


Join a dynamic fund administration team specialising in venture capital, delivering best-in-class services to a diverse client portfolio. Make your mark by supporting a range of VC funds and associated vehicles in a fast-paced, varied environment.

What you’ll be doing

⭐ Administer a portfolio of VC funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles
⭐ Process investment transactions, payments, investor changes, and fund records
⭐ Assist with company secretarial duties, board packs, regulatory filings, and ad-hoc projects
⭐ Support trainee staff and contribute to team projects

What you’ll bring

⭐ 1+ years’ fund administration or relevant financial services experience
⭐ Studying towards or holding a professional qualification (CGI/ICSA)
⭐ Strong communication, computer literacy, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Self-starter who works accurately under pressure and thrives in a team environment
