Professional Services Engineer

Are you an experienced IT professional? A services provider is seeking a new team member to assist clients with IT services remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
⭐ Log and resolve technical issues across systems and devices
⭐ Perform regular health checks and maintenance
⭐ Maintain clear documentation and ticket updates
⭐ Support software/hardware setup and configuration
