Support systems and projects by analysing issues, solving problems and developing practical technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Investigate system and data issues to identify root causes
⭐ Build tools and solutions using Excel, SQL, R or Python
⭐ Support system testing and enhancements through to release
⭐ Document findings and communicate solutions clearly
⭐ Work with users and technical teams on projects
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
⭐ Ability to learn new technical tools quickly
⭐ Good Excel, SQL, R or Python knowledge is desirable
