Compliance Monitoring Programme Analyst – Join the Compliance team to deliver risk-based monitoring, assess regulatory controls and help strengthen the organisation’s compliance framework.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Deliver compliance monitoring reviews and assess key controls
⭐ Conduct CDD, AML and financial crime testing across business activities
⭐ Prepare monitoring reports, MI and support regulatory reporting
⭐ Assist with compliance projects, policy reviews and process improvements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in compliance, AML or risk within financial services
⭐ Good knowledge of GFSC regulations and AML/CFT requirements
⭐ Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills
⭐ Relevant compliance qualification (or working towards) preferred
