Assistant Manager, Compliance


Support the Compliance & Risk team by helping ensure regulatory compliance, delivering compliance monitoring activities and strengthening AML and risk frameworks across the business.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and track actions through to completion
⭐ Assist with compliance reporting, policy reviews and regulatory updates
⭐ Respond to internal compliance queries and support AML screening activities
⭐ Monitor risks, escalate issues and support ongoing compliance improvements
⭐ Help maintain policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements

What you’ll need:
⭐ ICA Diploma (or equivalent) and evidence of ongoing professional development
⭐ At least 3 years’ compliance experience, ideally within the trust and fiduciary sector
⭐ Strong knowledge of AML, regulatory requirements and compliance monitoring
⭐ Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
