Key responsibilities:
⭐ Supporting the administration of a portfolio of clients
⭐ Assisting Client Relationship Executives with day-to-day client servicing activities
⭐ Liaising with internal teams, partners and external stakeholders
⭐ Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service standards are met
⭐ Supporting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
⭐ Managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll need:
⭐ 2–3 years’ experience within a client service or administration role
⭐ Financial services experience desirable
⭐ Strong organisational and time management skills
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
⭐ Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
⭐ Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
