Trust Administrator


Support the administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients while delivering high-quality client service and developing a strong foundation in fiduciary services.

Key responsibilities:
⭐ Assist with the day-to-day administration of trust and company client portfolios
⭐ Prepare written communications including letters, emails and minutes
⭐ Maintain accurate client records and support timely query resolution
⭐ Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
⭐ Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements at all times

What you’ll need:
⭐ Ideally some Trust experience or similar
⭐Strong written and verbal communication skills
⭐ Good organisation, planning and time management skills
⭐ Attention to detail and an analytical approach
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
⭐ Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment
⭐ Interest in trust and company administration and professional study
