Support the delivery of Compliance and Risk frameworks by monitoring risks, controls and regulatory requirements, helping to maintain a strong governance and control environment across the business.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Maintain risk, control and incident data within Riskonnect
⭐ Monitor KRIs, KPIs and remediation actions, ensuring timely escalation of issues
⭐ Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and assess control effectiveness
⭐ Support AML, CDD and financial crime compliance activities
⭐ Assist with policy, procedure and regulatory framework maintenance
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in Risk, Compliance or Operational Risk (3+ years preferred)
⭐ Understanding of risk frameworks, internal controls and compliance monitoring
⭐ Knowledge of AML, CDD and regulatory requirements is advantageous
⭐ Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good IT and data analysis skills, including experience with risk systems and reporting tools
