A broad, hands-on role with exposure to investor administration, payments, governance, AML/KYC and fund oversight within complex fund structures.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Managing investor onboarding, account opening and ongoing AML/KYC reviews
⭐ Overseeing capital calls, distributions, reconciliations and payment processing
⭐ Reviewing NAVs, valuations, fee calculations and administrator reporting
⭐ Monitoring fund activity, investment restrictions and benchmark performance
⭐ Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external administrators
⭐ Supporting process improvements, controls and governance initiatives
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong experience within fund administration, private equity operations or fund custody
⭐ Solid understanding of banking operations, payments and investor servicing
⭐ Experience with AML/KYC, onboarding and regulatory requirements
⭐ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
