Support the broking team by learning the end-to-end insurance process, providing excellent customer service and assisting clients with insurance enquiries and policy administration.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments
⭐ Handle client queries by phone, email and in person
⭐ Learn to prepare quotations and recommend suitable insurance products
⭐ Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance procedures are followed
⭐ Provide general office and administrative support to the broking team
