Key responsibilities:
⭐ Act as client Director for a portfolio of trust and corporate structures
⭐ Drive new business opportunities and build intermediary relationships
⭐ Oversee client administration, compliance and fiduciary services
⭐ Support employee development, mentoring and performance management
⭐ Contribute to strategic growth, operational improvements and acquisition opportunities
What you’ll need:
⭐ Relevant qualification such as STEP, ACCA or CGI/ICSA
⭐ Strong people management and leadership
⭐ Extensive fiduciary industry experience
⭐ Excellent client relationship, communication and business development skills
⭐ Ability to lead teams, manage priorities and drive strategic initiatives
