Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing financial performance, client reporting and regulatory compliance while acting as the main client contact.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Oversee rent, service charge and budget management
⭐ Prepare client reports and attend meetings
⭐ Manage tenant relationships, lease events and tenancy schedules
⭐ Ensure property compliance, insurance and maintenance oversight
⭐ Support onboarding of new clients and property agreements
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in property or client relationship management
⭐ Strong financial and reporting skills
⭐ Knowledge of Guernsey property regulations
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Qube advantageous)
⭐ Strong organisational and communication skills
