Key responsibilities:
⭐ Define and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with jurisdictional objectives
⭐ Lead digital marketing, including website management, email campaigns, SEO, social media and digital advertising
⭐ Manage traditional advertising campaigns across print, broadcast and outdoor channels
⭐ Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and present insights to senior stakeholders
⭐ Ensure consistent brand management and messaging across all platforms
⭐ Lead and mentor junior marketing staff while building strong stakeholder and media relationships
What you’ll need:
⭐ 5–10 years’ marketing experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role
⭐ CIM Level 6/7 qualification or Marketing degree
⭐ Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign delivery and reporting
⭐ Knowledge of CMS, CRM, email marketing and digital advertising tools
⭐ Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel when required
