Manage a portfolio of Life and Disability clients, delivering exceptional service while supporting brokers, stakeholders, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage client relationships and provide high-quality service to clients and brokers
⭐ Handle renewals, quotes, onboarding, claims support and policy administration
⭐ Prepare and review client documentation, AML checks and due diligence questionnaires
⭐ Support rate reviews, persistency reporting and identify cross-selling opportunities
⭐ Work closely with pricing, underwriting, claims and operations teams
⭐ Ensure compliance with company policies, AML, risk and audit requirements
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3–5 years’ experience in client services, ideally within finance or insurance
⭐ Knowledge of life, disability or insurance products
⭐ Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
⭐ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
⭐ Ability to work independently and improve processes
⭐ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and relevant qualifications preferred
