What you’ll do:
⭐ Provide HR administrative support across recruitment and the employee lifecycle
⭐ Manage applications, onboarding, contracts, references and leaver documentation
⭐ Maintain accurate HR records, trackers and employee files
⭐ Respond to HR queries and manage the HR support inbox
⭐ Support compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and vetting checks
⭐ Assist with general HR projects, reporting and colleague support
What you’ll need:
⭐ Previous HR administration experience
⭐ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
⭐ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
⭐ High attention to detail and confidentiality
⭐ Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
⭐ Knowledge of local employment legislation and HR processes
